Link and Lagertha's first litter was so successful, we chose to repeat the breeding. Lagertha unfortunately had a fluke miscarriage about two weeks before she was due, but we managed to save two very special puppies that came at the proper time. They were born June 21, 2019. Despite their difficult start, both puppies have grown into healthy, normal Icelandic Sheepdogs.

CH Red Cedar Thrymheim Soul for a Soul RN
Deku is in training to be a service dog, in addition to competing in various dog sports. He made his competition debut at six months old in conformation and rally. He earned a major reserve in conformation and got two legs of his Rally Novice title, both times taking first place out of 16 dogs! Deku is featured in the Randal Ford book "Good Dog" - he modeled for the book when he was about eight weeks old. Deku came back out to the conformation ring at 18 months and finished his championship by winning five straight majors in three weekends, handled by myself and his owner Robin Cameron.

Neva and her owner Jan live locally, so we get to see them often! Neva is Jan's first show dog, and they've already had great success in the ring together. At their very first dog show, they picked up a UKC Reserve Best Puppy in Show! She is a smart, active girl who loves everyone, and is showing as much promise in performance sports as she has in the show ring. She finished her championship completely owner handled with five major wins and followed up by finishing her grand championship shortly after - earning an owner handled group placement too!
